Project love is a local outreach here at Valley Foursquare in which we serve the homeless population in Monroe and Duvall. You've likely noticed that our cold weather has returned and there is a definite need in our local communities. For the past couple years, we have successfully delivered “Goods” to those in need and if you are looking for a way give locally, then this is a great option.

We are currently collecting new or gently used items from the list below and you can bring them to the church on Sunday mornings or you can contact the project coordinators to arrange pick up.

GENERAL ITEMS:

  • Coats

  • Rain gear

  • Hoodie sweatshirts

  • Flannels

  • Snow gear

  • Coveralls

  • New socks

  • New underwear

  • Thermal tops and bottoms

  • Tank tops or undershirts

  • Gloves

  • Stocking caps

  • Scarfs

  • Ski masks

  • Ear muffs

  • Boots

  • Shoes â€‹

HYGIENE ITEMS (Travel Size):

  • Deodorant

  • Shampoo/Conditioner

  • Soap/Body wash

  • Baby wipes

  • Toothbrushes/Toothpaste/Floss-picks

  • Band-Aids

  • Razor/Shaving cream

  • Hair brushes and combs

  • Nail trimmers

  • Ibprophen, aspirin, cough drops, cold medicine (non-alcohol)

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Chapstick

PERSONAL ITEMS:

  • Bibles and other       reading materials

  • AAA Batteries

  • Duct tape

  • Zip-ties

  • Backpacks

OTHER WAYS TO GIVE:

Cash donations are accepted and go towards: 

  • 2 showers per/person $10

  • 1 load of laundry wash and dry $10

  • Propane $10 worth of refill

  • $5-10 gift cards to McD’s, Walmart, Dollar Tree, Grocery Outlet.

  • Help sponsor low-income families at Christmas time.
